Created back in the early 1900's by Joseph Pilates. Stott Pilates is an updated form of the traditional style and incorporates current research by Sports Medicine Doctors and Physical Therapists. It focuses more on how to keep the spine safe and controlled while moving in its natural position throughout the exercises. 


  The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints resulting in improved posture, body awareness and vitality.


  Azilee has the knowledge to build a program that is therapeutic, restorative, and progressive. Utilizing all tools possible, some sessions may also involve Structural Integration, kettlebells, trx, dumbbells, and bands for a fun and exciting training.
