This phase is ideal for those coming out of injury, experiencing chronic pain, or have a young training age. We guide you in stabilizing your body’s base of support—both structurally and somatically—so you can move forward with confidence.

3 Structural Integration sessions (1st 3 of the “10 Series”)
3 Restorative Therapy sessions
72 Customized Personal Training sessions (intended to spread out as 3 per week)
1 Somatic Embodiment session
